Adds com.agentron.strategy.second-brain to the EmploidAI worker strategy
selector. The hidden owner app is com.agentron.app.second-brain; there is
no extra visible applet and no managed applet backend.
The signed descriptor pins the worker OCI image by SHA-256 and declares the
platform services the worker really serves: interaction-history, sessions,
artifacts, ui, files. Shared data lives in /state/coworker.sqlite; the existing signed host files gateway connects all eight pages without a host code change. The worker uses the platform-issued channel token and signing
secret and invokes the model configured on the employee through the platform
backend - no provider key is part of this package or of the image.
emploid-apps.template.json is rendered to emploid-apps.json with a real image
digest by scripts/render-plugin-descriptor.mjs; a package that still carries
the template or a mutable tag is never produced.
