This tool (doc_translator) does not collect, store, or transmit any user data (including documents, translations, or personal information) to external servers.

  1. Third-Party Services:

Translations are performed using the free llm api, which may send text content to llm API.

  1. Terminology Files:

Terminology files (TXT) provided via --terminology_comparison are read locally and never shared externally.

Security

  • All processing occurs on your local device.

  • Temporary files (if any) are deleted immediately after translation.
