Direct identification information None (this plugin does not directly collect direct identification information such as name, email address, mobile phone number, etc.)
Indirect identification information User's document management requests, spreadsheet data, and related operations (may contain personal information)
Combination information No specific combination information is collected

Data usage The collected data will be used for the following purposes: Provide WeCom document and spreadsheet management services Perform CRUD operations (create, read, update, delete) on documents, sheets, views, fields, records, and groups Return relevant data results as context for large model processing

But please note: Data operations are performed through WeCom API using your credentials Document and spreadsheet data may be processed by WeCom's servers Results will be provided as context to the Dify platform's large model processing Some infrastructure service providers (such as cloud service providers) may indirectly access data during data processing

Data retention Operation logs are retained for no more than 30 days User document and spreadsheet content is not stored by this plugin, only accessed through WeCom API
