Privacy Policy for PDF Process Plugin

What This Plugin Does

Our plugin parses and processes PDF files uploaded by users, returns them in markdown format, and retains key information.

Data Processed

• PDF file upload by user
• Text, tables, formulas, and other content in PDF
• Images detected in PDF
• AK/SK information of Alibaba Cloud account used for authentication

No Personal Data Collecting

The PDF Process Plugin will not collect any personal information.

Alibaba Cloud will adhere to the privacy policy （https://terms.aliyun.com/legal-agreement/terms/suit_bu1_ali_cloud/suit_bu1_ali_cloud202107091605_49213.html?spm=a2c4g.11186623.0.0.6af47553juhNDD）for the collection and processing of personal information (if any).

Data Handling

• All processing and data transmission will flow and be processed on the proprietary channel established by Alibaba Cloud DTS, and will not be shared with third parties.
• AK/SK information of users will be strictly encrypted and will not be shared with any third party or anyone else.

Your Control

• User can freely control the PDF provided within the file size and quantity limits, and the process of our plugin can be stopped at any time.
• If the access limit is exceeded in terms of time and frequency, the process may be automatically stopped.

Tips

• AK/SK information should be carefully stored and only used for plugin authentication in a trusted Dify environment. If you find that the environment is not trustworthy or there may be any abnormalities, please Do Not use AK/SK information for authentication. Also please be careful not to disclose AK/SK information to others.
