Privacy Policy
Overview
The WeCom SmartSheet plugin for Dify is designed to push data to WeCom (WeChat Work) SmartSheets via webhook URLs. This document describes how user data is handled by this plugin.
Data Processing
- Webhook URL: The user provides a webhook URL generated by WeCom SmartSheet. This URL is used solely to send HTTP POST requests to the specified WeCom SmartSheet endpoint.
- Record Data: The user provides record data in JSON format. This data is forwarded directly to the WeCom SmartSheet webhook endpoint without any modification or analysis by the plugin.
Data Storage
- No Local Storage: This plugin does not store any user data locally or persistently. All data processing is transient and occurs only during the execution of each request.
- No Credentials Storage: This plugin does not require or store any API keys, tokens, or other authentication credentials. Authentication is handled entirely by the webhook URL mechanism provided by WeCom SmartSheet.
Third-Party Services
- WeCom SmartSheet: Data is transmitted to WeCom SmartSheet services operated by Tencent. The data transmission is initiated solely by user action within a Dify workflow. Please refer to Tencent's Privacy Policy for details on how WeCom handles your data.
Data Transmission
- All data is transmitted via HTTPS to ensure secure communication.
- No data is shared with any third party other than the WeCom SmartSheet endpoint specified by the user.
Data Retention
- This plugin does not retain any user data after the request is completed.
- No logs, caches, or records of user data are maintained by the plugin.
User Control
- Users have full control over what data is sent, as they configure the webhook URL and record data for each request.
- Users can stop data transmission at any time by removing the plugin from their Dify workflow.
