Privacy
This plugin acts as a Dify Tool Provider for Cursor Background Agents. It does not persist any end‑user data on its own. All operations are passthrough calls to the Cursor Background Agents API, using the provider‑level API key you configure in Dify.
What we store
- Provider credentials: stored by Dify at the provider level as a secret; not exposed in tool outputs.
- No plugin‑side databases or files are used by this package. The plugin does not write or retain user content.
What we send
- Only the fields required by Cursor endpoints (e.g., prompt text, repository URL, optional ref/model, optional webhook) as documented in Cursor Background Agents.
- We do not send your local source code via this plugin; Cursor clones your GitHub repo directly per its product design.

Security
- All requests are sent over HTTPS.
- Your API key is managed by Dify and injected at runtime; it is not logged by the plugin.
