OSuite for Dify

OSuite adds a governed action checkpoint to Dify workflows and agents. Use it before consequential workflow steps such as publishing, deploying, updating business systems, sending sensitive data to another service, or making an irreversible decision.

What this plugin provides

  • Review planned work: creates an OSuite runtime session and governed action record before the Dify step proceeds.
  • Check if approved: checks whether an OSuite action waiting for human approval may continue.
  • Record final outcome: closes the action record with the workflow result, side effects, and artifacts.
  • Summarize runtime exposure: returns a read-only summary of OSuite runtime security posture.

Configuration

In Dify, install the plugin and configure provider credentials:

  • OSuite Base URL: your OSuite Studio endpoint. Use https://studio.osuite.ai for OSuite Cloud.
  • OSuite API Key: a workspace API key from OSuite Studio.
  • Default Agent ID: a stable identifier for this Dify workflow or agent, for example dify-governed-workflow.
  • Default Agent Name: an optional display name shown in OSuite.
  • Policy Profile ID: optional. Leave empty to use the workspace or agent default policy profile in OSuite.

Typical workflow pattern

  1. Add Review planned work before a Dify step that can affect production systems, external users, sensitive data, or business records.
  2. If OSuite returns approval_required: true, pause the workflow or route the task to a human approval path.
  3. Use Check if approved with the returned action_id before continuing.
  4. After the business step completes, use Record final outcome with the same action_id.
  5. Use Summarize runtime exposure for operational dashboards or security review flows.

Security boundary

This plugin does not execute shell commands, run arbitrary code, browse the web, or proxy arbitrary URLs. It only calls the configured OSuite HTTPS endpoint with the action context supplied by the Dify workflow.

The plugin is a governance checkpoint. Dify still owns workflow execution; OSuite records the action, policy decision, approval state, and audit trail.
