This plugin enables interaction with the Qingflow platform to retrieve project-related data (e.g., application comments, form information) via the Qingflow official API. Below is a detailed explanation of how your data is handled, stored, and transmitted:
Data Processing
- Qingflow-Related Data: The plugin processes data necessary for interacting with Qingflow, including but not limited to:
applyId(Qingflow application ID, used to locate the target application for data retrieval)- Comment content (temporarily processed when fetching application comments)
- Form metadata (e.g., form IDs, used to query form-related information, if applicable)
- Data Processing Purpose: All data is processed solely to fulfill user-initiated tasks, such as "fetching application comments," "querying form data," or "filtering application records"—no unrelated data processing is performed.
- Parameter Validation: The plugin validates input parameters (e.g., checking if
applyIdis provided) to ensure compliance with Qingflow API requirements, avoiding invalid data transmission.
Data Storage
- No Local Persistent Storage: The plugin does not permanently store any Qingflow-related data (e.g., comments, form information) or user input locally (e.g., on the user's server/device).
- Temporary In-Memory Processing: All data (e.g., paginated comment results) is processed temporarily in memory only during task execution; once the task is completed (e.g., results returned to Dify workflow), the data is cleared.
- Qingflow Token Security: Your Qingflow
access_token(or API key) is stored securely in your environment (e.g., Dify credential management module). It is never logged, cached, or transmitted to any services other than the Qingflow official API.
Third-Party Services
The plugin relies exclusively on the following third-party service to implement its core functions; no other unauthorized third parties are involved:
- Qingflow Official API:
- Service Purpose: All data requests (e.g., fetching comments, querying forms) are sent to the Qingflow official API (https://qingflow.com) to retrieve valid data.
- Data Handling Rules: Qingflow processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy. For details, please refer to the [Qingflow Official Privacy Policy]
Data Retention
- The plugin retains no user data (including
applyId, comments, or form information) after task completion (e.g., once results are returned to the Dify workflow). - Temporary data (e.g., in-memory comment results) is automatically cleared when the plugin process ends or the task is aborted.
- No logs of user data (e.g., raw comments, form content) are generated; only non-sensitive operational logs (e.g., "task started," "API request successful") are retained for debugging.
Data Transmission
- Secure Encryption: All data transmission between the plugin and the Qingflow API (e.g.,
access_token,applyId, comment data) is encrypted via HTTPS to prevent interception or tampering. - No Unnecessary Transmission: Data is only transmitted to the Qingflow API (or Tencent Cloud services, if applicable) and never shared with any other third parties (e.g., ad services, analytics platforms).
- Minimal Data Transmission: Only the minimum necessary data (e.g.,
applyId+access_tokenfor comment retrieval) is sent to the Qingflow API to avoid redundant data exposure.
