Overview

The Huawei Cloud OBS Plugin ("Plugin") is designed to facilitate file uploads to and downloads from Huawei Cloud Object Storage Service (OBS) while prioritizing user privacy and data security. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use our plugin within the Dify platform.

Data Collection

What we DO NOT collect:

  • Personal identification information
  • User account details
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Device information
  • Location data
  • Cookies or similar tracking technologies

What we process:

  • File contents you choose to upload to Huawei Cloud OBS
  • File metadata (e.g., filename, content type) required for upload/download operations
  • Temporary processing data required for file operations

Data Processing

Secure Transmission:

  • All file transfers between the Dify platform and Huawei Cloud OBS use encrypted connections
  • Authentication credentials are managed securely through the Dify platform
  • We do not store or log your Huawei Cloud OBS credentials

Data Storage

Cloud Storage:

  • Files you upload are stored in your own Huawei Cloud OBS bucket
  • We do not maintain copies of your files
  • We do not access or view the contents of your files
  • File retention and deletion are controlled by your Huawei Cloud OBS settings
