Privacy Policy

Overview

SocialFlow (发贴工具) is a Dify plugin that connects to SocialFlow (Moonrise) to manage social media accounts and create or publish posts. We respect and protect users' privacy.

Data We Process

This plugin does not collect, store, or retain any personal data on its own. Data is only processed when you actively use the plugin tools:

1. API Key
   You provide your SocialFlow API Key in the plugin credentials. It is used solely to authenticate with the SocialFlow API when you call Get Accounts or Create Post. The plugin does not log or store your API Key beyond what is needed for the current request.

2. Get Accounts
   When you use this tool, the plugin requests your connected social media accounts from the SocialFlow API. The response (account IDs, names, platforms) is returned to your workflow. This data is not stored by the plugin.

3. Create Post
   When you use this tool, you may provide:

   • Content – the text of your post
   • Account IDs – the accounts to post to (from Get Accounts)
   • Media URLs (optional) – image or media URLs to attach
   • Status (optional) – draft or published

   This information is sent to the SocialFlow API only to create or publish the post. The plugin does not save it.

Data Storage and Third Parties

• The plugin does not save any of the above data to its own servers or databases.
• All operations are performed through the official SocialFlow (Moonrise) API (https://sm.moonrise.website/). How SocialFlow stores and uses data is governed by SocialFlow’s own privacy policy and terms.

Summary

• We do not collect, store, or process your personal information beyond what is necessary to run the tools you invoke.
• Your API Key and post-related data are used only to fulfill your requests to the SocialFlow API.
• We do not transmit your data to any third parties other than the SocialFlow (Moonrise) service you have authorized.
