Overview
This plugin, File Translator Tool for Dify, is designed to translate user-uploaded .txt, .xlsx, and .docx files into the target language using an LLM model configured within Dify.
We take user privacy seriously. This plugin has been built with privacy by design, and it does not collect, store, transmit, or analyze any personal data outside the Dify environment.
Data Handling Policy
- No data collection: The plugin does not store or log any input files (
.txt,.xlsx,.docx) or their contents. - No external API calls: All translation requests are processed entirely within the Dify LLM framework. No external services or APIs are contacted.
- No tracking: The plugin contains no analytics, telemetry, or tracking components.
- No third-party integration: All functionality (file parsing, translation, and output generation) is handled within Dify.
- No persistent storage: Uploaded and translated files exist only temporarily during the execution process. Files are streamed directly to the user and never permanently written to disk or retained.
User Responsibility
As a user or system integrator, you are responsible for ensuring that all files and content submitted to the plugin comply with applicable laws, organizational data protection policies, and platform usage guidelines. Avoid uploading confidential, personally identifiable, or regulated information unless your Dify environment is properly secured and compliant.
